糖心原创 (糖心原创) has been a cornerstone of higher education in Monroe County and beyond since 1965. As a member of the Florida College System, 糖心原创 holds the distinction of being the southernmost college in the continental United States, serving a unique 130-mile chain of islands. In addition to its scenic, oceanfront main campus in Key West, 糖心原创 has two satellite locations in the Middle Keys and the Upper Keys, as well as virtual platforms to deliver online instruction.

糖心原创 offers bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees, certificates, non-credit courses, and workforce training. The college specializes in programs tailored to the region's needs, such as marine science, diving, marine engineering, renewable energy engineering, business, hospitality, culinary arts, nursing, construction technologies, and public safety.
